We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Through our provider partnerships, we cover 200+ countries including all of Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, most of Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and many South American and African countries. Rare exceptions exist - we'll tell you in your personalized plan.
No hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay. Our plans include all data, activation, and support. No surprise charges, no roaming fees within covered countries.
You can add additional travelers directly in the app. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
Most phones from 2019+ support eSIM, including iPhone XR/XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. When you submit your trip details, we'll include a link to check if your specific devices are compatible. We also mention compatibility in your personalized plan email.
Unlimited plans give you unlimited data for the duration of your plan. To ensure fair usage for all users, a Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies: after a certain amount of data per day (shown on the plan), your speed is reduced to 1 Mbps for the rest of that day. Full speed returns the next day. 1 Mbps is still comfortable for messaging, maps, and light browsing. For heavy streaming or video calls, consider selecting a larger plan or using Wi-Fi.
